Ten main bodies
Sun and Moon -- strictly not planets, but the two tradition weighs most heavily -- plus Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto. Their ecliptic longitude comes from the JPL DE421 ephemeris.
Three calculated points
Chiron is a small body between Saturn and Uranus, fetched from JPL Horizons. The lunar node is the intersection of two planes, Lilith the furthest point of the lunar orbit. Both follow from a formula, not an observation.
Retrograde is apparent
A planet moving retrograde is not going backwards. Seen from Earth it appears to, because we overtake it or are overtaken by it. The R in the table follows from a negative daily motion.
