A crossing
On an astrocartography map each body has a line. Where two lines intersect, both bodies stood on an angle there at once -- that point is called a paran.

A latitude, not a point
Strictly a paran is a latitude rather than a place: the crossing repeats along the whole parallel. A map shows it as a point because that reads more easily.
Rare and therefore notable
With thirteen bodies and four kinds of line there are many lines and few crossings that matter in inhabited territory.
